Franco Fafasuli, is a 22 years old Staff photojournalist at Infobae.com, Getty Images Contributor, and has colaborated for Thomson Reuters. Has images posted in media all over the world, like: The Guardian, El Pais, Bloomberg, O Globo, Marca, among others.
Since 2018 has been documenting social, political and economic conflicts that take place in Argentina and other nearby countries like Ecuador, Sports events, concerts/festivals, gastronomy, etc.
Through the years he had the chance to live in several places such as Spain, Mexico and Suizerland.
He has ongoing project documenting the “Wichi” indigenous community that lives in extreme poverty conditions in the north side of Argentina, with this project he recibed the award of “Best Young Artist 2018” given by the Goverment of Buenos Aires, and has been exhibit several times in diferent places, such as BADA in La Rural and in the “Quinquela Martin” musem in La Boca.
Also has been following a skate school located in the ”Villa 31” a slum in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, thats fulled with “cocaine laboratroies” and narcotrafic conflicts; the school helps kids that are involbed in drugs and violence to get apart, and teach them different activities and values.
